The P80g is a 208–240 V pure sine wave line-interactive rack/tower UPS for distributed infrastructure where efficient power protection is required without the complexity of online double-conversion. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) stabilizes input voltage while up to 99% ECO-mode efficiency lowers operating cost — delivering up to 5 kVA with internal batteries in a 2U package, with IEC-based output. The P80g is designed for environments where utility power is generally stable but outages and voltage fluctuations still occur. Line-interactive topology provides voltage regulation through AVR without continuous double-conversion — improving efficiency while maintaining reliable battery backup during outages (typical 2–6 ms transfer). With up to 5 kVA of internal-battery capacity in a 2U chassis and IEC-based output aligned with rack PDUs, it is well suited to distributed deployments prioritizing efficiency, simplicity, and cost control.
Automatic Voltage Regulation corrects under-/over-voltage (162–290 VAC input range) without draining the battery.

The P80g operates as the high-capacity line-interactive UPS platform for 208–240 V distributed infrastructure — deployed across IDF/MDF closets, telecom racks, enterprise IT, and AV systems, and standardized across multiple sites. It is the 208–240 V counterpart to the 120 V P80 within the Xtreme Power architecture.
Compared to online UPS platforms such as the P91g, the P80g is designed for applications where full-time conditioning isn’t required — offering higher operating efficiency, lower complexity, and reduced cost while still providing battery backup and voltage regulation. Online systems are selected when zero transfer time or continuous conditioning is required for sensitive loads or unstable utility environments.
The P80g is commonly deployed as a replacement for line-interactive rack UPS platforms — APC Smart-UPS (208–240V), Eaton 5P and 9PX, and Vertiv Liebert PSI — providing a standardized platform for distributed infrastructure with consistent deployment, simplified maintenance, and predictable lifecycle management.
