600 VA | 120V / 230V | 1U Short-Depth Lithium UPS
Short-depth lithium UPS engineered for shallow cabinets, wall-mounted enclosures, and distributed edge infrastructure requiring compact deployment, long service life, and reliable rack-level power continuity.
The Xtreme Power J60C (120V) and J60Ci (230V) are short-depth lithium UPS systems designed for shallow cabinets, wall-mounted enclosures, and distributed edge infrastructure.
With an approximately 8.5-inch depth, the system fits into shallow network cabinets and AV racks where traditional rack UPS platforms cannot be deployed. Lithium Iron Phosphate battery technology enables long service life, high temperature operation, and reduced maintenance compared to conventional VRLA-based compact UPS systems.
J60C defines the category of short-depth rack-mounted lithium UPS systems.

J60C enables rack-level power protection in environments where cabinet depth prevents the use of standard UPS systems. By combining a compact 1U form factor with a short-depth design, it supports deployment directly within shallow enclosures and distributed infrastructure.
This aligns with modern edge and network architectures where power protection must be deployed locally rather than centrally.

J60C is engineered for shallow rack environments where space, thermal conditions, and maintenance constraints limit UPS selection.
J60C operates as the short-depth rack continuity layer within distributed infrastructure, providing localized protection at the cabinet level. It is typically deployed where cabinet depth constraints prevent the use of standard rack UPS systems.
Within the Xtreme Power architecture:
This creates a scalable path from embedded protection to full rack and facility-level UPS systems.
Conventional rack UPS systems are designed for full-depth racks and cannot be deployed in shallow cabinets. J60C addresses this limitation by providing compact lithium backup power that fits within constrained enclosures while still delivering reliable ride-through and shutdown capability.
Standby topology enables efficient operation without the cost and complexity of larger online UPS systems.
J60C and J60Ci share the same mechanical design and battery architecture, with voltage being the primary difference.
J60C supports TAA-compliant procurement, making it suitable for federal, defense, education, and municipal infrastructure environments. This enables standardized deployment across regulated projects where shallow cabinets are commonly used.
J60C is deployed across distributed infrastructure environments where shallow cabinet depth limits equipment selection but reliable battery backup is required. Typical applications include network closets and shallow IT racks, AV systems and media installations, security and surveillance infrastructure, retail edge systems and kiosks, and telecommunications cabinets.
J60C is designed for localized rack protection. A 600 VA system typically supports shallow rack equipment in the 100–300 W range, with runtime intended for ride-through and controlled shutdown.

J60C is commonly evaluated against compact rack UPS platforms such as APC Smart-UPS SCL and Eaton 5P short-depth systems, particularly in applications where cabinet depth is limited.
